GUBANA

It is a typical sweet of the Valli del Natisone and it is highly appreciated by the connoisseurs because it keeps old tastes unchanged though the passing of time.

The choice of the ingredients, the mixture, the stuffing, the folding, and the cooking need calm and artisan care.

Martinig is proud of its contribution to such a tradition of the Friuli region as it became a great tradition for everybody.

Ingredients : “0” wheat flour, sultana raisin, sugar, vegetable margarine, macaroon grain, fresh eggs, hazelnuts, biscuits, water, orange rinds in little cubes, rhum, marsala liqueur, butter, brewer's yeast, nuts, eggs yolk, invert sugar, honey, powdred milk, pine seeds, salt, flavours.

Emulsifying agents : mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) and soybean lecithin.
